for a one bedroom, $50
for a two bedroom and $75
for a three bedroom. You may elect to take the discount as a lump sum in month 6 of your lease. For a 12-month lease it would be $300
for a one bedroom, $600
for a two bedroom or $900
for a three bedroom.
The following jobs are eligible for this discount: firefighters, police officers, teachers, nurses, military and police veterans, paramedics and other municipal government employees.
Other related jobs may be eligible, final determination to be made at the time of application. You must show proof of working in the specified job and must still qualify for the apartment by the same standards as would all new residents. Current residents working in one of these fields would be eligible for the discount upon renewal of their lease. If you elect the lump sum and your lease is terminated prior to the term completing, for any reason, you will owe the pro-rata share of the discount for the remaining lease term.
