Norwalk Mayor Harry Rilling and Valencia Luncheria join forces with LivingIVE, an innovative brand of newly revived apartments, to celebrate its newest project

Mayor Rilling will be on hand at Noon for the ribbon cutting ceremony and guests will enjoy food prepared by Valencia Luncheria and a local ice cream truck. There will be music, yard games and raffles. All of the world-famous Paparazzi Dog statue will be on hand. There will be a model apartment available to tour.
